Attentive and very attentive staff with the manager coming up, and the ambience was quiet. The location turned out to be magnificent and lovely, near to port as well as the restaurants, the gym, poolside. Fast food restaurant Autenticos Tacos al Pastor was 500 metres away from the place.

food is very good, attention of the staff is excellent, rooms are of good size and with a good view, swimming pool is large and beach area is pleasant.

at the time of my stay were making changes in the rooms, much noise and very annoying although it is only part of the day

The fine location on the beach and the really good pool service. The attentive staff really stood out, especially in the restaurants where the food excelled. We relished the beautiful sunsets and enjoyed easy access to the town. An lovely experience that lived up to its charming reputation!

In overall, the place is wonderful little, has well-trained and outstandingly helpful staff with the manager coming up.

location is very good, 5 minutes from the city of Crucecita where there are good restaurants and crafts. beach in front of the hotel very good, incredible swimming pools and place they mount near the sea to eat is perfect for the night.

The internet didn't get to the room right. The treadmills of the gym do not work well, about 10 km/hr are switched off.

Its breakfast was awesome and excellent, we enjoyed the location too.

the setting was stunning, really close to a mountain, santa cruz and the sea because of the undercurrents. the attentive and very attentive staff greeted us with a smile. the hotel room was newly renovated and large with comfortable lounge chairs.

The location offers a fine private beach on Chahue Bay, perfect for lounging by the two pools. The food consistently impressed with local products featured in all meals. Some issues included misleading room photos, leading to a disappointing arrival experience. The staff's responsiveness left much to be desired, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The kids had a blast splashing around, and the staff were super friendly! Marea and Otto served excellent food.

My wife says that a mini fridge in the room would be great for storing snacks and drinks for the babies.

Great location steps from the beach. The grounds are fine with well-maintained gardens. Perfect. Service was attentive and friendly. Dining options were plentiful and enjoyable 🌊

Quinta Bella Huatulco is beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style with lush gardens and easy beach access. The two lovely pools and attentive staff.

Soft pillows and improved bed comfort would help.
